Where to write
support@swordvow.com
Anything about using the app: a bug, a question, a feature that does not make sense, a vow you are stuck on. Reply target: one business day.
refunds@swordvow.com
Cancellations and refund requests. Include the email you subscribed with and the approximate charge date. You never have to justify cancelling. See the refund policy.
privacy@swordvow.com
Access, export, correction or deletion of any personal data we hold (in practice: an email address and subscription status, if you subscribed). We respond within 30 days, usually the same week.
legal@swordvow.com
Terms, trademark, press, or anything that needs a formal answer.
Who is behind this
SwordVow is built and operated by an independent developer — not a company with a support floor and a phone tree. That is why there is no phone number on this page: email is genuinely faster here, and it leaves a written record you can hold us to.
Before paid subscriptions open, the operator's full legal entity name and business address will be published on this page, as required for the merchant-of-record arrangement described in the terms. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so your invoice and any payment dispute can also be handled directly through Paddle's buyer support.
What helps us answer faster
- Bugs: which browser and device, what you expected, what happened, and the exact wording of any error you saw.
- Data problems: if you still have the app open, export a backup first — once browser storage is cleared we cannot recover anything, because we never had it.
- Billing: the email used at checkout and the charge date. Never send us a full card number — we do not need it and will not accept it.
- Security reports: write to legal@swordvow.com and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing publicly.
Or just start.
The fastest way to understand SwordVow is to write one vow and seal one day.
